The room was comfortable with a lovely city view, and the quick assistance I received when I needed toiletries made a positive difference. I experienced a lack of housekeeping service , disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. I appreciate the efforts made by the staff, but improvements in housekeeping consistency are needed.

The Bistro closing at 5:00 PM is a major inconvenience!!! Minimal housekeeping service left me disappointed, and it seems like breakfast options were limited to prepackaged items. More attention to these details is necessary!!!
